The experts

Three people, massive experience

Ryan Edgerly

Co-Founder & CEO, MedaSync

Ryan Edgerly is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MedaSync, a technology company focused on improving reimbursement accuracy and quality visibility for post-acute and long-term care providers. He has more than 15 years of experience bringing healthcare and SaaS technology to market, with a strong emphasis on long-term care operations. Ryan works closely with provider leadership teams to address the challenges of managing Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and state quality programs. Ryan is a frequent writer on reimbursement and technology topics and is recognized for his practical, data-driven approach to improving reimbursement and quality outcomes.

Fabio Schmidberger

CEO and Founder, voize

When his grandfather entered a nursing home, Fabio Schmidberger saw how much time nurses lost to admin. That experience led him to co-found voize in 2020 with his twin brother Marcel and Erik Ziegler. As CEO, he has grown voize into an AI companion trusted by 2,000 care facilities and more than 180,000 nurses.

Daniel Schoenbrun

CEO, Magicare

Daniel is building Magicare, the AI-native operating system for post-acute care. Magicare pulls referrals from all sources into one queue, extracts key details with AI, and gives admissions teams live census and bed management. Daniel covers what AI changes at the front door: referrals, intake, occupancy.

After the session

You’ll have a realistic picture of where AI works in skilled nursing today, across intake, documentation, and reimbursement, and where it's still mostly promise.

You’ll know what to ask any AI vendor before committing to ensure high adoption, defensibility, and seamless implementations.

You'll have heard three founders' predictions for the next 12 months, including useful input for budget and initiative planning.
